I’ve been exactly where you are, questioning everything, wrestling with guilt, and doubting whether I had anything to offer outside the classroom. That’s why I created this programme: to walk with you through the fog, help you see your value, and guide you step-by-step toward a future you’re excited about. You don’t have to do this alone, and you're more capable than you think.

By the end of the 6 Steps Out of Teaching programme, you will:

• Know exactly how your teaching skills transfer into other sectors  
• Have a confident, well-structured CV and a LinkedIn profile that gets noticed 
• Understand how to find and apply for jobs that actually interest you 
• Feel empowered, less overwhelmed, and ready to take action 
• Stop second-guessing yourself and start seeing real momentum in your career transition

You’ll get access to new resources and tasks each week, with time in between to reflect, implement, and ask questions. You’ll also be supported by a community of people who get it, other teachers going through the same transition.
